Detailed design drawings based on a concept session and/or brief, this will include a full set of plans, sections, elevations, and 3D rendered views. This level of design takes into account all context, planning restrictions, and technical requirements.

RESOURCE CONSENT

This more detailed set of drawings includes plans, sections, elevations, turning circle and crossing, coverage, cut & fill, planning/zoning restrictions, assessment of effects, etc.

BUILDING CONSENT

The most complete set of architectural drawings and building specification, detailed to a level that can be used as construction drawings as soon as council signs off. We also coordinate with all relevant parties: from the engineer, to council, to builders, to make the consenting process go as smoothly as possible.
